Hand tossed personal pies take time to master and Knead & Bake’s bakers have years of experience. They use premium ingredients which allow them to keep their recipes simple. Their dough is made in house from scratch and comprised only of flour, water, and yeast. Their meats and cheeses are imported and incorporated in tandem with fresh local produce. They have an array of grab-and-go beverages to choose from as well as side dishes baked fresh to order.
